Madeline has taught mindfulness and movement through yoga, pilates, personal training, or dance for over 15 years. She has worked with corporations, organizations, and school districts offering integrative tools for focus, motivation, health, and wellness. Participants feel comfortable and capable in Madeline's classes regardless of previous experience or physical ability.
